Shipping and Returns
Once processed, orders can be adjusted or changed only on the same day. There is no guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled from shipping out of the warehouse on the next day. Cancelled orders that haven’t been shipped will be subject to a non-negotiable 10% cancellation fee.
Orders can be canceled after they have shipped but are subject to a non-negotiable 25% cancellation fee, in addition to the cost to stop and return the shipment as charged by the shipping company.
We are happy to accept returns on partial and entire orders that are of a minimum of 5 cartons. Returns will only be accepted for non-promotional items (items that are current and not discontinued). To be entitled for a refund, the return must be in unopened, perfect cartons, and orders must be dated within 14 days from the date on the original receipt. A non-negotiable 25% restocking fee is assessed for returns.
The cost of shipping the product back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received back at the warehouse, it will be assessed and checked before the refund is processed. Please ensure that the product is packaged properly during the return to avoid any damages.
On Delivery Date
- Check the outside of the cartons for any signs of damage. If the product is damaged, the cartons will show signs of distress and be torn.
- We will list the total amount of cartons that your shipment should contain on the driver's delivery slip. Make sure you count the number of cartons you receive to check if they’re all delivered to you.
- You can make a note of any damaged or missing cartons on the delivery slip.
- Sign the delivery slip and receive all products, including damaged products.
- Call us at 877-864-1888 to arrange for the replacement of damaged or missing products.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours for internal processing of credit card refunds.
- Please allow 48 hours for processing check and money order refunds. Checks and money orders are refunded only after the funds have cleared our bank.
- Refund checks that are not picked up in person are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.
